Benito Mussolini's Granddaughter Is FURIOUS Online That Jim Carrey Drew A Cartoon Of Her Grandpa
Jim Carrey has been painting political cartoons for a couple years now. If you’re able to overlook the obvious political bias, they’re pretty good from an artistic perspective. I certainly can’t paint or draw that well. And I like the colors. They remind me of comic books and cotton candy. This latest piece depicts the former Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini and his mistress, Clara Petacci, whose bodies were displayed at a gas station in Milan to confirm their deaths in 1945.

-Leaning on natural law to justify “dominating” the “inferior” and “barbaric” Slavic peoples of neighboring Yugoslavia. He extended this reasoning to Italy’s colonization of Africa, defining a hierarchy of races that saw black people as inferior to whites. And finally, the Italian “pacification of Libya” was a near-genocidal campaign meant to quiet the rebellion.
-Mussolini installed himself as prime minister by marching on Rome with 30,000 fascist supporters. The king deposed the sitting prime minister, Luigi Facta, and named Mussolini PM. Mussolini’s goal was to establish a totalitarian state, led by himself as the supreme leader (Il Duce).
-Mussolini crushed his opposition through violence and murders. Between 1925-27, he did away with all pretense of democracy and became the dictator of Italy. He had complete control over the press and put forth a massive amount of propaganda that painted him with almost divine status.
-Joining Hitler in WWII to fight against the allied powers. He was personally overjoyed about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
So that’s the subject of Jim Carrey’s cartoon. I understand that a lot of people probably don’t like Jim’s messages. But uh, they’re cartoons… if you’re getting mad at the cartoons drawn by JIM CARREY, the least serious person of all time, you might want to check out because this life ain’t for you bub.

It’s like she googled “AMERICA BAD,” hopped to the image results, and started pasting from the hip. Oh, she’s also responding to a LOT of the trolls who are coming back at her. I would strongly suggest a trip down her mentions and replies because her English isn’t that great, so her insults are incredibly funny.
I guess her message here is that people make mistakes? Sure, Grampie Benito was on the wrong side of one of the darkest chapters in human history, but HOW ABOUT ROSA PARKS, JIM?! The Native Americans?! Let he who is without sin cast the first movie about these historically disenfranchised people! And for good measure, don’t forget the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
